Within the framework of the Self-Service Services project, the installation of sensor information kiosks on the territory of the enterprise continues to provide factory workers with the necessary background information. In total, it is planned to install four similar kiosks.
The first infomat with self-service services was installed last year in the 172nd building (near the medical center). Last week, employees of the information technology department connected the second kiosk in the central entrance of JSC Ruspolimet to work. In the near future, the installation of the third terminal will be carried out - in the lobby of the ABC 171st building.
With the help of information kiosks, any employee of the plant can use the following services: "My personal data" (for example, contact details, place and conditions of work, bank details, tax benefits, documents, disability data, etc.), "Timesheet", "Payslips", "Supervisor's Service". The Vacations service allows you not only to see the dates of your planned vacations, but also to manage them.
The kiosks also have access to the service "Ordering information". This service allows you to order certificates and documents from the human resources and accounting department and receive notification of their readiness for issuance.
Infomats will be useful primarily for those employees who do not have a personal desktop computer, which means they do not have access to the internal corporate portal and relevant corporate information.
