19.09.2024

Traditionally, Ruspolimet takes part in the solemn line-up and congratulates students and teachers of the Kulebak Metallurgical College on the beginning of the academic year.

On September 2, an important event took place at the college - the Professionalism in the field of Metallurgy was opened. Ruspolimet took a direct part in this project, acting as an industrial partner and a future employer for graduates. Together with the teaching staff of the college, we will be able to give students the necessary competencies that they will use in our production in the future.

Ruspolimet cooperates very closely with the college, supports and helps to develop. Last academic year, at the expense of our company, the college's material and technical base was repaired and equipped, new laboratories and workshops were created. Work on the development of the college will continue in the new academic year.

We will also continue dual training and practical training for students, internships for teachers, and employment of graduates. Ruspolimet concludes targeted contracts with students with the payment of scholarships during their studies, free meals in the student canteen and a job guarantee after graduation.

Ruspolimet also works closely with schools on career guidance and self-determination of adolescents.

For schoolchildren in the 2024-2025 academic year, our educational and production clusters in the fields of Metallurgy and Information Technology will continue to operate on the basis of the college.

On September 19, HR specialists met with school principals to discuss a plan for joint career guidance for the current academic year.

We already have positive experience in the work of educational and industrial clusters in partnership with colleges and universities (NSTU named after R.E.Alekseev, the Vyksa branch of MISIS, the Nizhny Novgorod HSE campus). This year, the clusters will continue to work in the areas of Metallurgy and Information Technology. Every week, students in grades 9-11 will attend interesting classes, participate in master classes, professional trials, Olympiads, and projects. Also, for students of grades 7-8, Ruspolimet will conduct career guidance quests, organize excursions to production and meetings with specialists of the enterprise.

The professionalism, which is open in our college with the support of Ruspolimet, expands the opportunities for career guidance for teenagers. In the new laboratories, using modern equipment with virtual and augmented reality, children will be able to get acquainted with various professions in new interesting formats.

Ruspolimet specialists, teachers and college students are already ready to meet schoolchildren and immerse them in a new, huge, interesting world of modern technology, metallurgy, and information technology.

We have a lot of joint plans and ideas ahead of us. We will definitely implement and implement them.
