HOLIDAYS ARE NOT A HINDRANCE TO WORK

The New Year holidays are over. The majority of Russians rested for nine days. But weekends, as you know, do not apply to employees of continuous cycle enterprises, including JSC Ruspolimet. Therefore, the main production units of the plant worked hard to deliver the planned orders on time. And those employees who had a night shift according to the schedule, celebrated the New Year with colleagues at their workplaces.

- During the New Year holidays, almost all units went to work to fulfill the planned production plan, - said the head of the Department of Production Planning and Production Support (USPiSP) Yuri Vladimirovich SIMASHOV. – The first week of this month turned out to be very stressful. The company's management set serious tasks: to make a reserve for the near future and load all production sites evenly, as well as to proceed with the rhythmic delivery of products to the warehouse. Compared to previous periods, for the first time, the volume of orders at the beginning of the year increased several times. And this pleases us.

In the first month of the new year, it is planned to release 15 thousand units of ring products. During the holidays, the production workers fulfilled almost the fourth part of the set plan and made a good start for the future. Today, all the necessary production processes have been launched, the products are being processed.

In connection with such a volume of production, it was decided to postpone all planned repairs to the end of the month, in particular, the UZTM press, the ring rolling line "Banning", the turning and carousel machine in the CMO, ring gas furnaces.

The factory workers met the New Year with a good mood. Although last year was not easy for our company, however, the labor collective coped with all the difficulties, for which it received gratitude from the management of Ruspolimet. Now we all need to try to work no worse this year than last year. We have both the resources and the capabilities to do this. The production plan has been drawn up for several months ahead, we will carry it out.
