On June 23, Ruspolimet took part in the All-Russian Job Fair "Jobs of Russia. Time of Opportunities" in Nizhny Novgorod.
About 60 employers of the region and more than five thousand applicants took part in this event. Among the participants of the fair there are many students, future graduates who are already planning their professional future. Employees of the Personnel Directorate of Ruspolimet presented our company at the fair, told about vacancies, working conditions, social programs for employees of the company and opportunities for professional development.
Participation in such events helps Ruspolimet expand the market of job seekers, tell applicants from other regions about their vacancies and allows them to attract new personnel to the enterprise.
