An HR Summit was held in Nizhny Novgorod.
The KUPNO site has become a place of attraction for hundreds of HR specialists from our region and other regions. The most pressing issues of attracting and retaining staff in conditions of personnel shortage, trends and prospects in the labor market were discussed.
The heads of the Personnel Directorate of Ruspolimet JSC, as participants of the HR Summit, shared their experience in attracting staff and working with young people at our enterprise. HR projects of JSC "Ruspolimet" aroused great interest from the participants and speakers of the meeting.
