The initiator of the creation of the technical cluster is JSC "Ruspolimet".
Last year, 5 schools of our district took part in the pilot project. Now every student of grades 9-10 of our G.O.G. Kulebaki has the opportunity to get acquainted with modern technologies in the field of metallurgy, metalworking and mechanical engineering.
Along with JSC "Ruspolimet" and schools, the partners of the cluster are the Kulebak Metallurgical College and technical universities. R.E.Alekseev NSTU entered this project last year. Today, in a solemn atmosphere, an agreement on partnership in the work of the technical cluster was also signed with the Vyksa branch of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys! This means that students will have more information about obtaining higher engineering education.
In the modern world, being technically literate is already a necessary skill. It is impossible to become successful if you do not understand the latest technologies, do not understand where technological progress is moving. At the same time, the technical profile of schoolchildren remains poorly studied. Weekly in the cluster classes, the children will learn about this unknown, but very interesting technical and metallurgical world. They will pass master classes, take part in university projects and Olympiads, visit Ruspolimet JSC, get acquainted with the employees and managers of our plant and get the right idea about a modern metallurgical enterprise. Today, the first master classes have already been held, where the guys saw the structure of metal in a microscope, "crushed steel", conducted chemical experiments, learned that metallurgy can be "delicious".
The cluster members have a lot of new classes and an interesting path ahead - the path of knowledge of engineering, technology and metallurgy!
