In order to encourage and popularize domestic production, scientific-production and research teams that have developed and put into operation equipment and technologies that meet the modern technical level, mastered the production of new types of high-quality metal products, the organizing committee of the International Industrial Exhibition "Metal-Expo" established gold and silver medals. Such medals are awarded annually to the best enterprises and organizations among the participants of the exhibition.
On November 10, a ceremony of awarding enterprises, companies and institutes with medals and diplomas of laureates of the XXIX International Industrial Exhibition took place in Moscow within the framework of Metal Expo 2023. JSC "Ruspolimet" was awarded a silver medal for joint research work with the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev. The competition commission of the forum was highly appreciated for "The development of compositions and technologies for the use of exothermic mixtures to increase the yield of usable metal when casting ingots from steel 08-12X18N10T".
