On May 16-17, a training session was held for the heads of Ruspolimet JSC.
For two days, 25 heads of production units and departments of the technical directorate intensively engaged in the development of managerial competencies and awareness of their role in the development of the company.
As part of the training, decision-making models were considered and the personal type of the leader was determined. In a simulated situation, production meetings found ways to effectively interact between departments to achieve a common goal. We conducted an audit of individual values with integration into the company's values.
All participants of the training actively participated in the discussion and execution of tasks, thereby showing their interest and involvement.
This training launched a large program for the development of middle managers of Ruspolimet JSC.
