The final state certification is taking place at the Kulebak Metallurgical College. Traditionally, the chief specialists of Ruspolimet JSC are part of the examination commissions.
At the demonstration exams and the defense of diploma projects, they assess the level of competence of graduates, their willingness to demonstrate their knowledge in the real production of our enterprise. At the start of their professional career, students receive from experienced specialists of the plant not only an assessment of their projects, but also valuable advice and recommendations for further professional development.
It is worth noting that almost all graduates had internships at Ruspolimet JSC. Many of them already work in our company, have personal experience and understanding of technological processes. The students themselves note that this has helped them a lot when writing graduation papers and on defense.
