VICTOR KLOCHAY: "ENTERPRISES NEED TO IDENTIFY THE PERSONNEL NEED FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS"
6 марта 2023
The issue of personnel training for industry became one of the main issues at an extraordinary meeting of the coordinating council of the RSPP branches in the Volga Federal District. The meeting was held on March 2 under the leadership of Viktor Klochai, Vice-President of the RSPP, head of the Ruspolimet group.
According to the President of the UNN. Lobachevsky, Chairman of the Council of Rectors of Universities of the Volga Federal District Roman Strongin, the task of increasing the number of employees in the real sector cannot be solved only by the education system. The active participation of enterprises is important - the organization of practices and mentoring, the establishment of additional scholarships, support for young professionals.
"School, education cannot prepare graduates as parts in stock that you will take when needed. These are people, they have their own destinies, interests, and they need to be dealt with," Roman Strongin addressed the participants of the meeting.
At the same time, in order for universities to adapt educational programs to the nature of a student's future work, it is important to understand how many and which specialists need to be trained. "The issue of timely ordering of enterprises for specialists is becoming a priority," the President of the UNN noted.
The need to increase the role of employers in the issue of personnel training was also noted by the assistant to the Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District, Sergey Kozlov. "The enterprises of the district need to actively interact with universities in terms of forming a request for personnel, submit applications to universities and vocational training institutions for training in the areas they require," he said.
According to Viktor Klochai, chairman of the co-council of RSPP branches in the Volga Federal District, the importance of this work will be brought to all associations of industrialists in the district. "Roman Grigoryevich Strongin made a very important report, which will form the basis for understanding the tasks of organizing joint work of employers and educational institutions. You can't train personnel if you don't know who, how much you need to train. Accordingly, one of the requests to the regional offices of the RSPP is to coordinate the work of enterprises to plan their staffing needs for at least 5 years. This is one of the areas of work that every company should conduct," Viktor Klochai said.
The meeting participants also discussed issues of technological independence. The importance of work on import substitution with the definition of priority areas was noted. All the proposals made will be sent to the central office of the RSPP, the State Duma and the ministries of the federal government.
A number of organizational issues were also resolved at the meeting. Alexander Anosov, General Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, has been appointed deputy Chairman of the RSPP branches' co-council in the Volga Federal District. Vitaly Antonevich, who worked as deputy chairman of the coorsovet, remains in the team and for many years of work was awarded an honorary badge and a diploma of the NAPPA.
BAUMANKA SCIENTISTS AND RUSPOLIMET SPECIALISTS DISCUSSED JOINT RESEARCH
9 февраля 2023
The Ruspolimet Metallurgical Plant (Kulebaki, Nizhny Novgorod region) was visited by representatives of one of the leading universities of the country - Bauman Moscow State Technical University. The heads of two departments of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technologies of the University got acquainted with the new technologies that have been introduced at the enterprise, and further plans for the development of the production complex.
At the meeting, the parties discussed joint developments and research, the participation of Ruspolimet in new scientific projects of the university and the training of specialists for the company.
As reported, Ruspolimet and Bauman University have agreed to cooperate in the development of powder metallurgy technologies and training of specialists. The agreement was signed in November 2022 at the Metal-Expo exhibition in Moscow. The document was signed by the rector of MSTU Mikhail Gordin, the director of the Center for Additive Technologies of the University Alexey Shishov, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Ruspolimet Viktor Klochay and the general director of the enterprise Maxim Klochay.
JSC Ruspolimet is a manufacturer of special steels and alloys, as well as a wide range of products from them (ring products, forgings, rods), including with high-precision machining, for aviation, shipbuilding, energy and general engineering, oil and gas industry.
Kulebaksky Metallurgical College together with JSC "Ruspolimet" and NSTU named after R.E.Alekseev continues to develop the educational project "Experimental groups". The project will allow metallurgical students to master not only a profession in their specialty, but also other related professions as part of their college education. In addition, the project participants have already begun to study general education subjects in depth, as well as to master additional professional modules.
Last week, students of one of the experimental groups met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Ruspolimet V.V.Klochai, who spoke about improving personal efficiency, as well as how to be successful and useful to people, the company, the country and the family. This meeting is far from the last, as part of the "Let's succeed" course, students will have a lot of interesting and necessary information from the Nizhny Novgorod industrialist. The main purpose of such meetings is to encourage young people to have confidence that each of them is able to succeed, having a personal goal, a desire for learning and development. For students, this topic is very relevant: soon they will have to leave the walls of the educational institution, become independent and build their own lives.
Each person has his own way of a decent, successful life and it can be determined by adhering to certain principles and rules, moral attitudes and meaningful concepts. First of all, you must deeply realize that life is given for a short time, and it is a great happiness and good in itself, that a decent life is measured by deeds, not years, and that living correctly means creating. It is necessary to remember that we find in life only what we put into it," Viktor Vladimirovich addressed the students.
Success is not a destination station, but a difficult journey. The path to success is long, winding and filled with many obstacles. It requires daily actions, perseverance, organization, honesty, sincerity, law-abiding, dedication and consistency in our efforts, which is not always easy to do. Only those who are ready for it will be able to pass it. And when there is a willingness, there is a desire and a way to go this way.
Does everyone become successful? Is there a single right way to success, or is there a multitude of ways? How to motivate yourself for success? At what price is it achieved? What will help you stay on this path? Here are the questions that college students together with a Russian entrepreneur tried to find answers to.
During the lecture, Viktor Vladimirovich paid special attention to the technique of creating and implementing intentions.
Today there is a situation in the world where a huge flow of information has fallen on a person. The world is changing, it won't be the same anymore. There is a transformation of consciousness, perception of the world, I would say, a new model of consciousness is being formed under the pressure of this flow. It is very important not to get lost, not to drown in this information field, not to become a slave to IT, gadgets, to determine your true path. The technique of creating and embodying intentions will help you in this. Having mastered it, you will be able to manage your life, - explained V.V. Klochay
Students learned what internal and external reflection is, got acquainted with several laws of life that must be observed on the way to success (the law of responsibility, the law of freedom of choice, the law of integrity, the law of positive intention, etc.).
If we want to change something around us, including the people around us, then we need to remember that everything around us is a reflection of ourselves. So start with yourself. When you change yourself, the world around you will change, - the Honored Metallurgist of the Russian Federation gave advice to future specialists.
But the most important thing, in my opinion, is a personal example of a person who was able to achieve certain heights in professional activity. It was the examples from their own lives that most impressed the students. Viktor Vladimirovich told a story about two determined young people who were not afraid of difficulties to achieve their goals. One of them heads a large company today, the other, a student of the Nizhny Novgorod gymnasium, is working on a major project in the field of IT technologies. The student speaker noted that he himself appreciates brave and determined people, because "there is no worse slavery than one's own fear."
With what intention did I come to you? My main intention is to inspire confidence in you that your possibilities are not limited, that you are shaping your own world and that there are certain principles, laws, requirements that must be observed. Go in the right direction, and success awaits you, - this is how V.V.Klochai completed the first lecture of the course "The Path to Success".
Indeed, it is not given to everyone to be presidents, directors, but, as life experience shows, everyone can become a highly qualified specialist, a respected person. If you love what you do, you will be successful!
