WORK IS UNDERWAY TO IMPLEMENT THE SERVICE "AUTOMATION OF THE VACATION PROCESS IN SAP HR"
25 сентября 2023
The Self-Service Services project, developed by the Digital Transformation Directorate of Ruspolimet JSC, continues its development. Within the framework of this project, in order to improve the efficiency of business processes for vacation management, work is currently underway to introduce the service "Automation of the vacation process in SAP HR".
After the launch of the service into commercial operation, which is planned from October this year, the vacation planning process will become more transparent for all employees. Factory workers will have the opportunity to quickly change and transfer their vacations. Applications, applications, approvals, changes - all this can be done in a few clicks. In addition, the system itself will remind you of the upcoming employee vacation.
Thanks to the introduction of the service, the costs of manual labor will be reduced, the time and resources of the HR service will be freed up, paper and administrative costs will be significantly reduced.
The next step in the development of the Self-Service Services project will be the launch of a chatbot, i.e. a virtual assistant, which will be available to all employees of Ruspolimet JSC. First of all, employees who do not have a personal desktop computer and access to corporate mail and the portal will receive access.
All necessary services will be viewed from any smartphone and at any time outside the perimeter of the enterprise.
The chatbot will become an indispensable assistant in solving many tasks that do not always have time for. How will the chatbot help employees? The virtual assistant will be able to order certificates for an employee without contacting HR, provide information on request (for example, on vacations), launch approval chains (business trips), accelerate the adaptation of new employees, reduce the time for walking around the offices. The chatbot will work on a 24/7 schedule, which is relevant for shift workers. The presence of a chatbot will allow you to provide access to services to more than 90% of the company's employees. The launch of the service is scheduled for February 2024.
Let me remind you that since June 1, 2023, within the framework of the project, the application "Payslips" was launched into commercial operation, thanks to which the plant's employees can view a list of their own billing periods, generate their payslips for any selected period in PDF file format. Also, factory workers have access to services such as viewing the time sheet, viewing personal data, ordering 2-personal income tax certificates and others.
In June 2023, a kiosk with self-service services was installed in the 172nd building. To date, about 1,000 factory workers have been able to use it. In the near future, 5 more similar kiosks will be installed on the territory of the plant.
By implementing the Self-Service Services project, the project team aims to improve the efficiency of business processes and the quality of HR services in the company. Thanks to the innovations, it is expected to reduce the loss of employees' working time to receive information, as well as reduce paper document flow.
If we talk about the overall development of the project, then since March 2023, the monthly printing of payslips has decreased by 961 employees. During this period, about 900 notifications were sent via mail and SMS, 70 certificates were ordered.
The Self-Service Services project will continue to develop. In the future, the company's employees will be able to have access to such services as business trips, bonuses, training, etc.
A MODERN KINDERGARTEN IN VELETMA KULEBAKSKY DISTRICT WAS OPENED ON SEPTEMBER 1
7 сентября 2023
On September 1, a new kindergarten opened its doors for young residents of the village of Veletma in the Kulebaksky district. This event has not been expected for a single year. The kindergarten where the children went was located in a converted wooden building of the 30s. But the construction of a new one also has its own history: the original contractor failed and left the facility. The kindergarten was completed with the support of Ruspolimet.
The bright rainbow-colored facade of the kindergarten attracts attention from afar. In the yard there are slides, carousels, verandas. Inside there are spacious bedrooms, game rooms, a music hall with a digital piano, a buffet.
The ceremony brought together parents and children, the leadership of the city district and JSC "Ruspolimet". Symbolic keys are handed over to the head Yulia Tyagutina.
"I congratulate you on the Day of Knowledge and the opening of a new modern kindergarten in the village," Elena Fedorenko, Deputy chairman of the Council of Deputies of the district, head of the right department of Ruspolimet, addressed the residents of Veletma.
"The kindergarten turned out to be very beautiful. It has everything so that our children get a good upbringing, development and training," said the head of the Council of Deputies of the district, the director of production of the enterprise Pavel Igoshin.
Construction began at the end of 2020, the contractor was supposed to hand over the facility a year later, but failed. The kindergarten was completed and equipped with inventory with the support of the city-forming enterprise.
"It took almost three years to open this kindergarten. There were many problematic issues. The main one, of course, is connected with the contractor, who greatly underestimated the price at the tender and as a result could not continue working. I thank our city-forming enterprise JSC "Ruspolimet", which has significantly helped with its resources to finally bring this project to mind," said Valery Yurasov, the head of the MSU of the city of Kulebaki.
"The project is a landmark, important for the whole district, so we could not help but help. We provided support both in terms of financing and attracting specialists to complete the construction. We are very pleased that on September 1, the new kindergarten opened its doors to children. We will continue to participate in city projects in the future," said Maxim Klochai, CEO of Ruspolimet.
On the opening day - the first children's holiday. Games and dances with fairy-tale characters. Meanwhile, parents are looking with interest at the newly equipped premises.
"Of course, there was no such thing in that kindergarten. This is heaven and earth. Now we have a full-fledged group cell - a locker room, game rooms, bedrooms," said Anna Mazurina, a resident of the village.
Pupils of the kindergarten will be 25 boys and girls of Veletma. At the same time, there are only 40 seats, with a margin. The district administration expects that with the opening of the kindergarten, the number of young residents of the village will grow.
